THE BRIEF
Martin Hulbert Design required a collection of bespoke furniture pieces for a luxury hospitality interior, including a double bi-folding mirrored TV cabinet, dressing table, coffee table and a combined coat-hanging, umbrella-storage and mirror stand.
The designs required crisp proportions, refined junctions and a high level of detailing throughout, with the metalwork developed into practical fabrication solutions before manufacture.

DEVELOPMENT
The designs were developed for manufacture by our in-house designer, Rob Fung, working from the original design intent supplied by Martin Hulbert Design.
Each piece was resolved around the required proportions, junction details, mechanisms and final finishes, allowing the furniture to move from concept through to workshop-ready fabrication.

FABRICATION
Every metal element was fabricated in-house from bright mild steel, allowing us to achieve the crisp profiles, sharp junctions and detailed construction required by the designs.
The collection included the complete metalwork for the double bi-folding mirrored TV cabinet, dressing table, coffee table and combined coat-hanging, umbrella-storage and mirror stand.
For the dressing table and coffee table, our scope covered the metal frameworks, with the botanical resin tops produced separately.
FINISHED
RESULT
The completed metalwork was finished in a bronze VeroMetal coating, adding warmth and depth while retaining the precision of the underlying fabrication.
The finished collection brought together a series of individually detailed furniture pieces into a cohesive set for a luxury hospitality environment.
